Freshwaves Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Freshwaves! We're excited to get your order  to you. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and expectations.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days Monday - Friday, excluding holidays after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates within the USA

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping:

Cost:$5.99 flat rate Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination 

Estimated Delivery Time:3-7 business days after processing.

Express Shipping

Cost:$15.99 flat rate Calculated at checkout

Estimated Delivery Time:1-3 business days after processing.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within  10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us @ Freshwavescandles@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

5. Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct.

Freshwaves is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense or issue a refund for the product cost, less the original shipping fee.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at [support@freshwaves.com] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Lost Orders: If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your building's mail room. If it's still not found, please contact us at freshwavescandles@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will assist in investigating with the carrier.

7. Returns and Exchanges

For information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Link to your Return Policy page. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or an error was made by Freshwaves.

8. Policy Updates

Freshwaves reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
